The Butterfly Park is situated on the Costa Brava in Spain in a land of natural and cultural richness. It lies between three natural parks: the Aiguamolls de l’Empordá to the south, Cap de Creus to the east and the Albera to the north. |

In a 1,000 m2 greenhouse we have recreated a tropical rainforest, where butterflies and birds are the protagonists. The plants and other animals in the greenhouse are fundamental in maintaining the right conditions and a balanced ecology. |

The visitor will enjoy watching the world’s most beautiful butterflies in natural surroundings and see aspects of their biology such as: feeding, breeding, metamorphosis, defence mechanisms and camouflage… |
